Lincoln Elementary School is a place students come to learn, engage, and be inspired. We believe that parent participation is key to student success and they need to be active participants in their student’s education. Attendance Spirit Week

Attendance Matters!

The week of January 12-16,2026, we are placing a special emphasis on the importance of coming to school every day and on time as we celebrate Attendance Spirit Week!

Regular attendance helps students build strong connections to their school community while maximizing learning opportunities. When students attend school consistently, they develop positive study habits, achieve better academic outcomes, stay on track for graduation, and strengthen their social relationships with peers and teachers.

Throughout the week, we will be encouraging students to show school spirit and take pride in their attendance. To make it even more exciting, the class with the best attendance will win a special prize!

We encourage families to support Attendance Spirit Week by:

Making school attendance a daily priority
Ensuring students arrive on time each day
Encouraging your child to participate in spirit activities

Semana de la asistencia

¡La asistencia importa!

Esta semana estamos enfatizando la importancia de asistir a la escuela todos los días y llegar a tiempo mientras celebramos la Semana del Espíritu de Asistencia.

La asistencia regular ayuda a los estudiantes a crear conexiones sólidas con su comunidad escolar y a aprovechar al máximo las oportunidades de aprendizaje. Cuando los estudiantes asisten a la escuela de manera constante, desarrollan hábitos de estudio positivos, logran mejores resultados académicos, se mantienen encaminados hacia la graduación y fortalecen sus relaciones sociales con compañeros y maestros.

Durante la semana, animaremos a los estudiantes a mostrar su espíritu escolar y a sentirse orgullosos de su asistencia. Para hacerlo aún más emocionante, ¡la clase con la mejor asistencia ganará un premio especial!

Invitamos a las familias a apoyar la Semana del Espíritu de Asistencia de las siguientes maneras:

Haciendo de la asistencia escolar una prioridad diaria
Asegurándose de que los estudiantes lleguen a tiempo todos los días
Animando a su hijo(a) a participar en las actividades del espíritu escolar
