Assistant Principal

Hello Lincoln Elementary School Community,

We are excited to welcome Alejandra Garcia as our new assistant principal!

Alejandra’s passion for education began back in high school, where she tutored middle school students. Over the last decade, she has served as an instructional assistant, AVID tutor, and high school math, biology, and AVID teacher. Most recently, Alejandra was the assistant principal at Valor Middle School and is now thrilled to transition to Lincoln Elementary School. She is deeply committed to supporting colleagues and believes in building relationships grounded in community, collectivism, and collaboration.

Outside of school, Alejandra loves spending quality time with her family and exploring the world through travel—this summer, she visited her family in Nayarit. She is also a plant enthusiast, enjoys experimenting with flavors in the kitchen, and has a true appreciation for coffee.

Alejandra’s mission is to lead with integrity and help create a safe and welcoming educational environment where staff, students, families, and community members feel supported, engaged, and inspired to make the most of education. This year, she is eager to bring her experience and openness to learn to serve our Lincoln community.
